Duplicate content or re-cached page?

Ok guys say i have a page with this url
http://www.lawfullywedded.com/weddin...alifornia.html

and its already cached in google, but i decide to make the page deeper by putting it here
http://www.lawfullywedded.com/weddin...alifornia.html

But since the first url is already cached will the second url be considered duplicate content or since the first url is now 404 will it cache the new page and use that in the serps?

Oh and if someone can tell me why my flag isnt appearing at the top of the page for the states like it does at the homepage http://lawfullywedded.com i would appreciate it.

I think the best thing to do is put a permanent redirect on the previous url pointing to the new url.

The reason why the flag is not showing is because the page is looking for the image in wedding-locations/images. The home page shows the image being in just /images. You might want to make the link for the flag image to be http://lawfullywedded.com/images/gay-glory2.jpg that way it will work no matter what folder the page is in.

but im using a virtual include but i figured it out thanks for your help on this one guys. Wouldnt know what to do without ya guys....lol
