I feel my ads price to be coming down. Before, I can get $1-$3 per click, but now I can get only $0.03-$0.27 per click. Who can help me get it up!

And we can make/choice price for us?

You pretty much out of luck if advertiser doesn't place a high bid in AdSense for the keywords you are targeting on your website.
You can change the content of your website to target different (more expensive) keyword, or just way a little, maybe it is just a temporary thing...

It's possible that their advertising budget ran out for the month or they just gave up, wait for new advertisers to bring up the keyword price.
