Former victim of smart pricing?

Throughout the month of Aug I had been getting incredibly low amounts of money for a click sometimes between $.01-.07/click which in my opinion way too low, but in the last 3 days I've had clicks worth more than $1 was this smart pricing hiting me or just really unlucky keywords that switched, even though I hadn't changed any content on my site (this isn't about the site in my profile)?

Assuming your content has stayed the same, it appears that it is smart-pricing and just the market changing winds.

what's your industry? You can PM me if you want. There's a possibility of a bidding war on the part of the advertisers and your keywords could have jetted in value. OR, sometimes the words displayed can change based upon the content even though the content shows the exact same for a month or more. and as it changes, some of the new advertisements may be more expensive.

If you can figure out which words are worth the most tho.... you might edit your content a bit to encourage those topics
