Yeah, and it has glitches, but it's free and you can tie it all in with your adwords programs. It is very useful indeed.

I did not USE Google analytics, but I USE statcounter.com andn I am very satisfy with that ,
any body has BOTH experiences so that he can justified which one is better?

I've been using it for a while - it's Urchin basically. I like it, but now that it's readily available, I can suggest it to my clients, as well.

Be careful. All of these third-party tools are vulnerable to over-reporting of transactions. For instance, if a user submits a form and gets the results page, that counts as a transaction. If he or she then goes to a different page, and then returns to the results page, a second transaction may well be recorded.

It is easy to deduplicate the transactions, if a simple transaction list is given. Last I checked, however, Google Analytics did not provide sure a list.
