The simple answer is, you can't do that! First of all, Google news results are limited to one or two in main search page. Second, Google combines the pages under similar pages tab if you have same content. For example, same press release published on all news agency website, only one of them get place, the rest combined under similar tab button.

Great mentality, and in fact you actually could occupy most SERP (till 5th) using your strategy (in theory).

But using your approach is not how that could be accomplished. First of all, dominating Google News using your approach will depend on the "keywords you are targeting" and the type of news (is it in particular niche, particular country? etc.)

Second of all, the flaw in your approach is "the same database" "same news" that as far as Google technology is concerned is not going to work (in fact, if you are interlinking them (that may actually bring out the "red flag")

Also, all of the sites you are talking about "are they hosted on the same server?" "do they all have the same/shared IP?"

Because to really make your strategy work, here's what I think would be required (at minimum).

Host all the domains on single IP (so you will have 50 IP) have all the servers in different locations (even in different country (particularly, if the news is global)

Each news post must have different content (that is also critical) (although targeting the same or very similar keywords).

Get few quality backlinks (or at least find a way for your readers to share your news)

Achieve this, and you will almost certainly achieve domination of Google News (in all 5 pages)

I mean do you think that you are the smartest SEO on earth? You want your 50 websites in 1st to 50 pages? It means 50 out of 50 results you want as your articles and they all are same duplicate scrappy articles? Grow up go through some SEO guidelines that people have already recommended to you here.

Don't use same content Sir.
As per Google new guidelines content is important part in Off page. They need fresh content & quality content. Same content could call penalty for your websites so instead of using same content, use different content & increase your ranking up.

Simply its not possible. Your own 2-3 websites can be rank on 1st page of Google only if content of every article would be unique with 2-3% of keyword density. Make proper meta tags targeting keyword with variations.

that will be like extremely hard (next to impossible maybe) if you wish to dominate the first five pages of the serps with identical news articles.

How can you say that when I can see the very same news, exactly word for word the same with almost same title (sometime a little changes in the title) in different news sites. Leave aside this person's news sites, take account big news sites like nytimes.

I guess there is no need of writing different title for all websites because as I have already mentioned that all websites has same article with same content only domain name id different.
