Is this spam?
Found a website today where they provide a service throughout England. On their website they have listed every county etc that they cover (even though they are on the internet)... is this classed as spam on Google and if it is how long will it take for Google to stop it...

Not spam really. I call it lame ass agressive SEO.

If they use the same page format and have loads of pages but with the only change being the town/county name then that is spam under Google "Duplicate site or pages" or "Doorway pages"
