Have you been clicking your own ads? How about asking others to click them?

Something happened. You don't get banned for nothing.

Maybe someone don't like you and he / she clicked your AdSence until you got banned.
Also, it is the way to fight with spammers. If you spam... someone maybe did it to you.

blogs have content which isnt really controlled. google and most others expect the content to be acceptable. i've never owned a blog so im not up on the issues with publishing but can assume that perhaps your disabling is due to content.
good luck getting it back. if not try ypn, i managed to get back about 60% of my full daily revenue with only 30% of my sites last time i checked.
bidvertiser sucks and so do many others, but there are choices.. you need to sample a few before you find the magic revenue.

Do people really do this? Someone spams, then you go to their site and click the ads repeatedly to punish them for spamming, and some inoccent advertiser is stuck with the bill?

If the advertiser queries it then you can get the money back. Thats assuming the advertiser is doing the fundimental click tracking that all PPC advertisers should do.
Sadly most people dont know about click fraud so they dont protect themselves.

Maybe it is time to switch to YPN, if your in the USA. Looks like that isn't an option for you.

Good luck.
But from what I read, there are very few success stories.
