No, it's talking about the actual SERPs.

To be honest, it looks like mice nipping at lions. Not only are American Blind asking for their own case to be reviewed, but they also appear to be looking for a prior court ruling to be reversed. That sounds like a lot of work. But...I'm no lawyer.

I don't see any reasons for this suit to actually go to trial. Google is a free service, search engine technology is new and constantly changing, the public loves google and the law is supposed to represent the people's opinions, etc etc.

thats right, i hope they have a license to make a bidding site, they make people bid, its kinda like gambling, but they have hidden bidding. they should be sued.
