Websites with a lot of ads on them. Websites that don't have user engagement. I think Google will continue to filter according to customer experience so how long they are the page. Basically, websites that don't offer relevant, engaging content will be penalized.

Basically any website that doesn't add any value for its users & solely exists for the purpose of earning its creator money should afraid. Not just of Google but also of fading away into irrelevance & obsolescence.

These types of website are being targeted right now so i think they will go further by targeting websites with thin content a content that is specifically written to manipulate search engines.

Google Fred already rolled out for sites with too many ads. Now, wait and see for next update. Maybe, something on the user engagement.

Those websites which are not content oriented. One thing is sure that Google is getting pretty smart, one day Google will judge the website by its quality like humans do I think in these days websites with low quality will suffer most.

One thing always we should keep in mind, Google is not going to rank low quality content when it has better options. Optimizing low-quality pages is very much swimming upstream in 2017.

In January 2018 all websites with pop ads, auto playing video ads and floating ads will take a financial hit with google adblocker.

Websites that are misleading or dishonest should be most afraid. The closer your website is to the truth, the more relevant it is. Truth is content. Ultimately your audience should find your content useful.
