Noticed anything?

Algorithm Update Over The Weekend
Algorithm update over the weekend of March 9-11/18:
Quote:
There may have been an algorithm update with the Google search rankings over the weekend, starting around March 9th, Friday through the whole weekend....
...Some are saying this was a reversal or a big change to what we called the Maccabees Update that touched down on December 12th...
...Google confirmed there was an update but says it was not Maccabee related or anything specific to any update...

Danny Sullivan confirmed the March 9-11 update:
Quote:
Each day, Google usually releases one or more changes designed to improve our results. Some are focused around specific improvements. Some are broad changes. Last week, we released a broad core algorithm update. We do these routinely several times per year....
...As with any update, some sites may note drops or gains. There’s nothing wrong with pages that may now perform less well. Instead, it’s that changes to our systems are benefiting pages that were previously under-rewarded....
...There’s no “fix” for pages that may perform less well other than to remain focused on building great content. Over time, it may be that your content may rise relative to other pages.

Algorithm Update Continues To Fluctuate For Some
What are you noticing with this update?
Quote:
A week ago Friday there was a Google core algorithm update that touched down pretty hard. Technically it was released on March 7th but most noticed it on March 8th and 9th. But people are still noticing it...
...Some SEOs say they saw a rollback....

Further to the last few posts in this thread:
Quote:
...Nathan from Google said this is designed to "reward under-rewarded sites,” and if your site saw a drop, just keep working on making your site better, it does not indicate a penalty...

Rolling out mobile-first indexing
Announcement on the Official Google Webmaster Central Blog regarding the rollout of mobile-first indexing:
Quote:
...Mobile-first indexing means that we'll use the mobile version of the page for indexing and ranking, to better help our – primarily mobile – users find what they're looking for.
We continue to have one single index that we use for serving search results. We do not have a “mobile-first index” that’s separate from our main index. Historically, the desktop version was indexed, but increasingly, we will be using the mobile versions of content...

Complete announcement: Rolling out mobile-first indexing
March 26, 2018
Danny Sullivan's tweet via his searchliaison Twitter handle:
Quote:
After a year-and-a-half of testing, Google mobile-first indexing is beginning. This is where we index what's on a mobile-version of a page rather than the desktop version. Rollout will be slow; we always will use desktop if no mobile version.

Algorithm Update March 23rd : Chatter & Signals
Anyone noticed anything?
Quote:
...there seemed to be some chatter around the algorithm update starting back up again after a number of days of calm. Well, the weekend got pretty heated with chatter within the community, although not all of the automated tracking tools picked up on the changes. Some are saying the update started as early as the 21st/22nd but most are thinking the 23rd.
Some are saying this update was a tweak to the core update from earlier this month. Some think this is a new thing - of course, we do not know what it is unless Google tells us...

March 28th Algorithm Ranking Update
My stats are showing an increase in visitors. What about yours?
Quote:
There may have been another update late March 27th, mostly on March 28th and through today, with the Google search rankings. I am seeing an uptick in chatter from the SEO community. It might be ongoing from the March 23rd update which is unconfirmed, that some believe are tweaks to the confirmed core update from earlier this month...
