Google Dancing

Anyone else's noticed how many things are changing with google? Authority PR7 sites being dropped to 2nd or 3rd pages unknown sites climbing up in SERPs...And on on and on. I mean is it what the google blog is talking about or is there something big coming if so what do you think it's going to be? Another "sandbox" idea maybe?

I monitor quite a few sites and I am not seeing anything beyond normal everflux that we see every day.

I have seen some dancing, but nothing out of the norm from where we stand. Do you have examples of before and after and effected sites?

Check out google testing? That's just one I could find but you can also check out the google forums in a lot of webmaster forums and see how many are complaining.

High PR doesn't guarantee No.1 ranking, even no guarantee of first page. If you search traffic stats in google, you can see statcounter ranked the second. But it has a pr of 10, while the first one only 8 (even it's better than 3 month ago, at that time, statcounter ranked the 5th position).

Yep, mine site saw the google dance very badly. i was ranking at 1-10 on 12-14 keywords from last 15 days but this time near 5-6 days agoall dropped to 100's.Also mostly pages are in supplement results rather their caching was latest 1-2 days ago.
can anybody help me out to know the reasons......?????

I can also see the google dance...very shacking! quite tense about these changes infact we are not loosing the game...the rankings showing is very top class. but fearing to loose the temporary changes.

I'm in the same boat... recently a couple of my websites have moved to some very nice positions and I'm hoping it sticks.
