Need something to avoid duplicate keywords

Is there someway to avoid duplicate words when putting in your keywords into different groups. When dealing with large keyword lists and several different groups it is quite a headache.

What do you mean by, putting them into different groups? On your pages? In page titles? I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

Personally, I can almost always split my keywords into campaigns and groups in a satisfactory manner.

Once in a while overlaps happen (if I for instance have two "core" keyword lists, phrases derived from those can sometimes overlap)

Download and install the AdWords Editor. After it's open select tools > find duplicate keywords and follow the prompts.

If you are (or plan to) have an AdWords campaign of a significant size you're shooting yourself in the foot if you're not using the editor. I'm even using it more and more for smaller campaigns I run.

It's been around for a year or so I think. It was beta for quite awhile and still has some issues but well worth using if you want to save time.
