I just followed/read the blog post.

So SEO is really that easy, huh?

Maybe when sending an email to the person ranked ahead of you, you can include a form that contains 5 email fields. Then you ask the site owner to forward the "cease & desist" request to the 5 websites above them.

Then you have a nifty "viral" way of knocking out everybody above you in the SERPs.
