The cached version of a page is not always a good indicator that the PR is spoofed. If I wait until the cache is regenerated/updated, you'd have no idea if the PR was genuine or not.
Look at the actual back links reported to see if the pages have an active hyperlink or not. You can spoof the PagePank, but you can't fake the back links.

If the PageRank is spoofed, these tools will not indicate that the PageRank is fake.
You should learn to rely on other indicators other than outdated toolbars and online tools that rely on the same information reported by a useless toolbar. You might save yourself quite a bit of grief later on.
It's amazing to see how many are duped into buying worthless links on previously expired domains with PageRank. Even some of the better online PageRank detector tools can be fooled if you know what you're doing.
