Its got high inner page PRs so its not a redirect but then its not indexed by Google......

I did that search also and got the same thing. N/A on all of them. I also checked a couple others and same issue.

This is a good question. How can you fool the PR tool? I mean are there really sites doing that? And if they do... what's the use?

You can use PHP to change your page rank by including a higher page ranked page. I read about it somewhere on some blackhat seo site.

However after looking at its linkage my guess would be that its been peanalized and it is a true PageRank?

I did some more looking as well after my last post and found that some DC's are in fact giving it that pagerank. You are right though about the PHP that has been done by many people trying to sell ads who want to cheat the people who base their advertisements or text link ads on the PR instead of the quality and amount of traffic that a site receives.

I don't think so, the tool u're using is outdated. Now it is showing PR 0 for most of the sites. I think, now google starts to build PR fr all the sites. Thats why it gives fake result. The problem is not with http://www.best-cheap-web-hosting.info/ but ith the digg toll.

The pagerank I am referring to is the PR 7 not the NA or 0. Some DC's are reporting different numbers so this could be due to an upcoming update. This has been seen before within Google. I have a site that has the same issue as well. On some DC's it is not showing a PR, but on others it shows the new one.

lets keep the PR, BackLink, indexed pages records
