PR newbie

Sorry I'm a google PR newbie. I have a directory site www.webmasterdirect.net which has been running for all over a month now. I am indexed many times in google for different links. I have direct links on my site, from other sites that have PR, and they have direct links to my site. But I can't figure out why I don't have any google PR? It just keeps showing 0/10. Can someone point me to resource or explain to me what I'm doing wrong?

Your showing only one link in Google. and one month is no time at all. the 0/10 rating means google has indexed the site, but it takes time to get more PR, and LINKS. The way you say above it's sounds like you have a bunch. Not accoring to google.. Go link hunting and wait..
