Your getting a differant results then I am. Maybe it depends on the server or the search term ? My results below. I did a search for SEO also, I think that was your search, and got the same results

Guess what, my serps have returned to normal again, this situation was there only for a minute or what.
but it works :

But now the question is what each code means..
sa=U&start=1&q=http://www.google.com/&e=747
the "start=1 " seems to be the place the URL is in the SERPS
as in #1 or #10 in the last results..
But.. whats is the &e=747 ....

Google tracks clicks once in awhile at a specific data center for "quality control purposes" (usually lasts a few hours)...
