That is not correct Sir Scott, 3 of my old sites got a new PR update, not of homepage (1 did though-homepage rank did update for one), but of all inner pages.
Directory i run got all inner categories ranked this time ranging 1 - 3 in Pr.
New domain however did surprise me with a PR of 3 from just 1 backlink from a PR 3 site of mine. I do not know how google algo works but it seems weird to me.

What tool were you using? The PR predictor is like any other predictor tool, it can't possibly(and it doesn't) claim to be 100% accurate. No value can be placed in any PR predictor, not even iWEBTOOLs. If you were checking the DC's via iwebtool, then you should come up with the same results as you did from any other DC checker, as they check the same data centers as any other DC checker tool does.

We know a PR export is in progress as there are inconsistencies in PR depending on which Google DC you check. You have just confirmed this yourself, so why the confusion?

i mean... how do you guys know WHEN the PR updates takes place..
i just knew the update took place when i read a thread about it... so its kinda like I rely to people who knows WHEN the update takes place.
i checked the PR of my site on seochat.com... it will show you the corresponding PRs your site have in every DC...

Nobody outside of Google knows exactly when a PR export will take place, but we can try to estimate when a export will occur based on previous PR updates. It's just a case of it being announced by the first person who discovers any major inconsistencies throughout the various DC's.

You used the PR prediction tool then. It's like consulting a psychic, what they say may come true, but just because they say it doesn't make it so.
You are comparing two different types of tools. The prediction tool doesn't read current DC's, it is predicting what your PR might be on the next update based on different values, mostly backlinks I believe. But until Google reveals all of it's PR secrets, there will never be a tool that will be able to accurately predict your current PR.
So, you aren't wasting any more or less time by using iwebtools PR predictor than you would if you were to use any other PR predictor.
To view your current DC's values at iwebtool, you'll need to use the Pagerank Checker tool.

hi kmzeron
For me your page rank is 0
but when I try with this tool your results is:
Alexa Rank: 514,076
Google Backlinks: ~37
Average PR: 3.2 | Max PR: 4 | Min PR: 0
the tool is http://livepr.raketforskning.com/
note: I have just one website that rank from PR 0 to PR 1 thinks for them.
