Have anyone have an idea about sandbox?
and are real that google can panned overoptimized website?
I have now three month and my website with many links but not indexed?

You have 78 links.... just keep submitting....If you optimize certain key words so many times on the front page you could have problems. But atleast you are showing excepted links this is positive.

your site content, and how the search pics it up will pre-determine your web site.

Personally i would find some good pushing sites to push your key words and make your site stronger in content from site.

local and regional directory
local and regional internet directory
local and regional web directory
3d page in just local and regional

front page or #1 in key words like
free, submit, submit too and so on , regional web directory, and so on
google

regional web directory, local and regional directory, one of the 1st web directories in local categories

my site is top on the board in every search that matters.

when you submit to high serp with the right content on page, this will send submitted sites from your web directory though out the board in high position, because you can submit to a go cart engine or a dragster thats up to you...
