I dont know. If it is finished, then this is a broken update or google changed its pageranks update strategy. Because the results are all strange for me compared to previous updates..

I'm still seeing a lot of pages with different PR's at different data centers. If the update were really finished, wouldn't all the data centers show the same PR for any particular page?

The "PR update" as some like to call it is done. The PR values are not in flux and aren't subject to changes until the next update.

The export is not complete as some of the data centers do not have new toolbar PR values. Just because all of the datacenters are not in sync doesn't mean the PR update is not finished.

Based on my previous experience: yes, they should show the same PR. But google might change sth in the representation!

I check the PR of pages on all datacenters > http://livepr.raketforskning.com/

My sites are not updated on 3 datacenters (for the 5 sites that I checked its always the same datacenters that are lagging behind)

I assume that the PR update would be over when all the datacenters have the same info.

Also your PR might change on pages other than the homepage without your homepage moving a inch. (again google moves in mysterious ways)

You can check if you have a PR update due at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/siteoverview
chose the site > statistics > pageRank not yet assigned

If that has no green then google does not think you deserve PR update

Judging by what I'm seeing, something is wrong with Google's PR calculations as displayed in this latest public update. I have a page on one of my sites which jumped from PR0 to PR3 even though the only link to it is from a PR2 page. (There are no external links to it.) But another page on the same site is still PR2, even though there are several links to it from other PR2 and PR3 pages.

Either the algo did the calculations wrong for this site, or these are meaningless temporary fluctuations taking place during a still incomplete update.

January 26 - Some PRs have changed within the last two days on nearly all datacenters. Seems to confirm that the update is still in progress.

Yeah...i lost pr on a few sites. Maybe they are taking in to effect the wiki "nofollow", and evening out the playing field for seo world championship. HAHA that would be funny.
