Lightbulb I need your opinion. Do I violate AdSense policy?

If my html page looks like:

...
<div id="adblock1"></div>
....
<script type="text/javascript">
write_contents = "";
write_legacy = document.write;
document.write = function(s) { write_contents += s; }
</script>

<script type="text/javascript">
google_ad_client = "pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx";
google_ad_width = 468;
google_ad_height = 60;
google_ad_format = "468x60_as";
google_ad_type = "text";
google_ad_channel ="";
</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
document.getElementById("adblock1").innerHTML = write_contents;
document.write = write_legacy;
</script>

Do I violate AdSense policy?

Have you modified the code? I can't tell just from my cursory glance over it. If you've modified the code in any way, then yes it does violate the TOS.

You're right, I don't modify the google code or any part of it and thus to my thinking I don't violate AdSense policy.
Great! Thanks for advice.
