How Can I Follow Google Spider??

I am using Google Analytics and am trying to find out when I am being spidered and how deep the spiders are crawling.

Is there someway I can follow the path of spiders to my site and see how far they index me with an analysis? I haven't seen this in Google analytics? If not through them, how?

I appreciate any support.

As i know, google don't go deeper if page pr0.
So if homepage pr4 - next page pr2 - next pr1 - pr0 and stop!

But if your page linked from 10 pr0 pages, it will be crawled.

It is just my experience. Also it depend what kind site you have. For HTML it is easy and Google crawl deep, PHP little different.

I don't know what to suggest.... Who knows? It is interesting.

Thanks,

However I am looking for a more thorought analysis, a way to track what the spider drops, picks up and indexes everytime it crawls.

Anyone have any ideas?

Other than looking through your visitors and picking out the spiders IP address then following its path, not sure. Interesting topic though.
