The worst directory ever!
http://pr9site.com/ - worst directory ever! 
This webmaster create directory only for pr9 sites.... and he want pr9 websites to submit sites and to link him back from HOMEPAGE! HA-ha-ha.
Can you imagine Yahoo hq adding link on Yahoo homepage to get approved.
I found this sites after i clicked Google ads. He spend money on Google adds to promote this site. HA-Ha-Ha

Domain seems to kep the site to be PR9 but the site is in need of PR9 sites

I can imagine Wikipedia, Yahoo and Bill Gates discuss right now how it is important to list their sites in this directory....
I guess webmaster read to many stories about MillionDollarHomepage or something like this.

The directories for lower pr may work a little bit but no chance after PR6 imo . |

He should just make 1 general directory of it, this way he'll just get 1-10 site submissions per domain, not more.

I think that it would be nice to have directory of only pr9 websites. But this webmaster should sit and add it by hand. If he collect all pr9 websites (at least 80%), it would be awesome!
