Webposition Gold and Google

I'm thinking about Webposition Gold, but I read the following on the Google website http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html )

"Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our terms of service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold™ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google."

As you can see, it says not to use your products such as Webposition Gold. What will Google do if one uses Webposition Gold.Will it negatively influence the position in Google.

I google say they dont authorise it, and especially mention one specific program, i wouldnt risk it. They probably wont index you.

Has anybody figured out how to compare month to month web position gold reports for a client. Like in a pretty graph or pie chart?
