Help needed

I don’t understand what am I doing wrong, but most of my pages (www.ontariojobwatcher.ca) are still in the supplemental index. Could somebody advise?

Where do you add google sitemap? Write on the main page?

It’s important to do so
Go to google, click on About Google Submit your content to Google  Google Webmaster Tools

Note google
The site map you have to submit is not an html page, the best to use is XML page

You can add in the main directory of your site

The last site map has been submitted last week. I don’t think is a site map issue. There are 5,710 pages already indexed unfortunately most of them throwaway recently to the “omitted results” list. Also there are no errors detected in my Site Maps account. I suspect there is something related to my title and description tags but don’t know exactly what.

I dont think your content is unique enough. When you do a google site: search there are only two results returned. When you expand the results to show the pages in the suplimental index all of the pages show the same content in the SERPS. they all have this text:

"Ontario Job Watcher is a powerful job search engine, developed specifically to provide immediate notification of new job postings jobseekers are interested"

I think you need to change the Meta Description for each of your pages to more closely match the content. Thats where I would start anyways.

Definitely, the "omitted results" issue is due to content that G understands as duplicated within your site.
