Webmaster's Tools question - Google blocking?

When I do a check of the top queries and top query clicks...I find the following: My page may rank 5 or perhaps 14, etc.

...and when I click on a given link, my page doesn't show at all to me...can Google block my computer from viewing my real position for the moment (the computer I use everyday), when I'm in webmaster tools mode?

I have gone up to page 100, a couple of times and have not seen my page on the list even though it shows that I should be on the first page. And just today, a keyword phrase was showing that I should be listed nineteenth..and I was actually listed third!

My main question is to find out why some pages are missing when I go looking for them. (I also track these pages...number of clicks per day...so I know the approximate position of certain pages for certain words and phrases.

I think it says somewhere over there that the stats over there is based on different data centers, and is updated every X hours. So, now, the page could be ranked 5th, but 1 day after, it could go down or go up.

google wont block that.

secondly, if tracking activity, use tools like statcounter.com, or awstat

awstats eats a lot from your server RAM when running. I suggest you save the logs, download them, and then generate reports with alter wind log analyzer.

Totally agree about awstats. It's a good stats, though.

for tacking u can use xtreme tracking which is the best one in my openion

Yes indeed. But alter wind is just like awstats, and you can run it on your pc without interfering server performance.
