How often do you use Google Blog Search?

I wonder how often people here at v7n use Google Blog Search? I have probably used less than once a month.

How about you? Do you use daily or weekly or monthly or NEVER?

I use blog search probably weekly. It's easier to find information through blogs than just searching Google sometimes. I like to search my favorite TV shows through Google blog search to see what others thought about an episode or to get the low down on what happened.

Monitoring emerging news and trends, mainly.

You can do this by searching on a term, selecting last 12 hours, and then subscribing to the RSS feed of that search.

This allows you to get regular updates on topic areas you are interested in, without having to go out in search of them.

I used it before. Compared to Technorati, it really doesn't do it for me. Too many missing blogs. Technorati is 10 times better, IMHO.
