how do i report if someone is violating there TOS.

i want to report this guy. I tried to tell him he was violating the TOS and he goe's go ahead and report me biatch. so thats exactly what I am going to do.

I dont see how he's violating the TOS. Google changed the TOS about a week or 2 ago to accomodate for people with other ads on the page.

So now your aloud to have multiple ads. Well I read the google TOS and he's still violating TOS. Most of the pages on his site have no content and are just ad's everywhere.
