website drop on google

my website name is quicksalefast.com. i have started optimization of this website with 4 keywords 'quick house sale', 'quick property sale' , 'fast house sale', 'fast property sale'. on that time ranking was on google.com

quick property sale: 7
quick house sale: 8
fast house sale: 3
fast property sale: 4

after achieving this ranking i have started optimize for more keyword and get following ranking

sell home fast 22
sell home quick 16
sell house quick 26
sell property quick 50
selling property quickly 22

but my main keyword ranking has been dropped . it is now

quick property sale 21
quick house sale 19
fast house sale 8
fast property sale 9

i am just guessing there is big update going on google .
i can' understand one of my competitor thequickpropertysale.com has gotten 6th positon on google.com for keyword 'quick property sale' . when i analyze his website i have seen there is too much keyword spamming and he has lesser no of inbound links then my website.

my website is also in top 10 in any permutaion and combination of keywords on yahoo and msn.

Please suggest

I would suggest to wait for around 2 week, if nothing happens that it looks like you need to work on your link building campaign.

I'd start working on building links even before you wait 2 weeks. Wouldn't it be nice to see your keywords bounce back higher than they were before? But I wouldn't get worried for a couple weeks. I see many of my keywords drop from 10 to 70 then back up to 10 a week later. It happens all the time especially with a new site.

The same has happened to my site! Is this really normal! I have a directory site. My 1 position is 2. I can live with that but all my number 5 and 6 has moved to midway down PAGE 2! I freaking, because I earn money off this site.

We have been moving up all the time. Even last week we moved up and now we have dropped a crazy number like 10-20 positions!

i feel that google's over optimization filter is going to be more strong. i have gotten better ranking for secondary keywords then main keywords.

i think they are also applying filter on perticular keyword. so i will suggest never put only one keyword on title tag. this make very difficult to achieve high ranking for those keyword in starting phase of website.

when i put keyword in Quick Property Sale / Selling My House Quickly / Sell Home Fast in title tag. it got 20th position for keyword 'quick property sale'. i am wainting becasue i think any change will come in effect after passing some time.

They key word is wait, if you were updating your site or you where doing linkexchange with another sites, maybe you site is in the sandbox...

king2163... its the same patent i saw here as well.
however, give it a little time to digest. the page content play the role in ranking a keyword as well, beside the incoming links.

It's simple - just don't do it.

It's hard to differentiate between spam links to a user's blog and legitimate to-help-only linking, so we don't. It's not permitted, and posters know it, mate.
