i have checked one of my website [link removed]pr at google

it shows a little green bar at medium page rank. is this means i am getting pr 4 in one of my page at next Google update?

It's telling you about the "ranking' of the pages in your site.

It doesn't tell you anything about the future. It reflects the number of backlinks to all the indexed pages in your site.

Basically, it's telling you that most of your pages are "low" rank and one or two are "medium" rank. I don't know that the definition of how "low" or "medium" is defined has ever been published.

what do you mean by rank? , a page rank or rank on serps.
