Please help me to improve my google rank ... :-)

Hi everyone,
i have read most of the google post here, and so far i have implemented some of the implied suggestions; however the google rank on my site really suck !!! lol

My site has been "online" for about 40 days.
well 30% of that time the site was "offline" due to server upgrades, server hacks, problems... but i hope the site will run smootly from now on.

Let me give u the link to my site before i forget to do so :

Ok so i guess i can start with the "rant" game if u dont mind that is:

(1) Some of my links (e.g. forum.php, links.php, stats.php, ....) have rank #1, but that rank changes very often from 1 to 3
So i just wanna know why, and what can i do to improve my rank?

(2) the main site (http://www.trajceski.biz/news.php) doesn have rank at all, well its has rank of ZERO? How come that link has rank of zero, and the other links have ranks ranging from 1-3?

(3) i have implemented meta tags:


can u tell me if they are correct, i mean in the proper format?

(4)when u go in google.com and type search keyword "trajceski" my site comes first, with listing of 10 pages:

when u click on [More results from trajceski.biz ] it gives those 10 pages:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l....biz+trajceski

(5) i know googlebot is way behind crawling & indexing my site.
So my other question is: should i stop updating my site very frequently- cause im posting news once or twice a day?

(6) Also i have backlinks with some sites that have rank starting from 3-7.

ups i forgot to mention that my site is CMS (e107) so teh index.php redirects automatically to news.php ( i can`t do anything about that, cause thats the way e107 site systems are build)

and i know that my index.php has rank of 2 (if im not wrong that is), but it comes to rank of zero when it goes to news.php)

Traffic Rank for trajceski.biz: 5,286,579

is that good or bad???

thats bad. er... that would be bad if alexa ranking actually meant anything.
