Strange Search Engine Spam Page Found

Hello Fellow V7N Webmasters,

Well, I believe that I have discovered a very strange and possibly detrimental search engine spam page here:

http://www.yopme.info/Robpongi.htm

and I have written the ISP of the yopme.info domain and requested removal of the above page as it includes links and duplicate text to several old and recent backlinks that ALL have PR value or are from closely related or authoritative sites.

And this is not the first time I have run into something like this. However, in the past, it was much more obvious that the spam page was specifically designed to mirror several backlinks and reduce their value or eliminate them from the google index. This time, however, it is not so obvious, but, I really want this page removed. Well, hopefully, that will soon happen.

And my inquiry on this is basically, should I notify Google about this? When I do a site command on this domain in a Google search box:

"site: www.yopme.info"

it returns with a message of "Your search - site: www.yopme.info - did not match any documents." (?!?!) Very weird.

If anyone has any ideas on this please let me know.

Hello again all,

Just to close this issue, I reported this twice to the G Machine: once in the Google Webmaster Forums and also I made an official spam report. And, it now appears as though the above spam site has been banned. Thank you all for your patience and also for anyone who may have been thinking of a possible alternative solution for this issue.
