Is this site penalized by google

I can't find my site for the most relevant keywords

Domain is: heidiklumfans.com

When I type heidiklumfans on google I can't find it, but on yahoo site ranks #1. (ranked #1 on google week ago)

And for phrase in my title The #1 Heidi Klum Fansite - I can't find my site on google.

Is this sign of penalization ?

I didn't participate in any reciprocal network, just few 3 way links but nothing special..

zokiii,
I didn't see your site come up in the first 3 pages of results for your keyword. I did see however 10 of your pages that are currently indexed. I don't think your penalized. Google could be fluctuating now. Check again in a week to see if they reappear.

One good thing that came out of this post is I now know who Heidi Klum is! lol

Your content is probably penalised. Why? Because of duplicity.

You can't get penalized because of duplicated content

Google only filter duplicated content, but the sites are not penalized.

I will see in next few days is this penalization or just big fluctuation

This was surprise for me because site started to rank better for all keywords and then just disappeared..

Your content is completely duplicate and Google knows it. Man can't find your site for long words phrases from your site in top10 in Google. This is weird. You should re-consider your strategy and start serious business.

Duplicate content can be found in articles directories. And what do u think? Are all articles ranked well? No! They aren't! Why? Because of DUPLICITY!!!

But they are not penalized because of duplicity, those pages are filtered out of serps and that's it.

Hello Zekiii,

I checked your site via copyscape, and there are a lot of duplicated contents. I am sure this is the reason you are not listed on Google for the first pages.

I don't think you site is penalized but remember there is no point to duplicate contents everywhere, because it is counterproductive. If someone use your contents this is another story.

Hi,

If you submit your articles to directories and they are the same ones you have published on your blog you may want to consider not utilizing the same article or post title. Be sure to favor your own site by selecting the best title tags for your site and then submit the articles to the directories using a different title.

Otherwise, you will create competition to your own site with your own article's title tags. It's not a complete resolve and doesn't eliminate the duplicate content across the web, but it may help you maintain a better ranking by taking control of your title tags, which you should concentrate on anyhow. HTH!

Hi Zokiii,

I wasn't implying that duplicate content would cause a penalty. But in that duplicate content was brought up in this thread I thought perhaps there may have been a chance that you may have submitted the same content to article directories, but now that you responded I see that was not the case.
