Google Adsense Terms?

In a left menu, I have a title of categories, with categories under them. Then I have a title of Helpful Links. Can I put adsense under that or is that against terms? If so, what should I change "Helpful Links" to? For reference, I am talking about www.wholesalechecklist.com

Thanks

Hi,

From my understanding of the Adsense tos and policies that should be fine to place them under that sidebar title. What you cannot do is to have the title be something like, "click here" or any other verbiage to promote clicks. On one of my blogs I have "other places" for the sidebar Google ads and "learn more" in another area as examples. But, if I were to change those headings to "click here" or anything else that blatant then that would be in violation of the tos. HTH!

I think, There is no problem in title "Helpful Links"
because you are not leading visiters to click on that.

Someone over at DP forums said that Helpful Links was not allowed. Hmm...I wish I could contact Google about this. Is there a live chat or email address?

Found this in the Policy, so I am going to go with Sponsored Links

May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"

As usual, Google is not very clear in their language, so it would be nice if they gave more examples of what is permissible and what is not as far as labels for the section go. When in doubt leave it out. If your sidebar module requires some sort of text heading and you can't leave it blank you could always just put in an asterisk or something - lol. Or, how about, "DON'T click here!" - lol! I wonder how Google would feel about that reverse psychology label? I'm not going to try it to find out - lol.
