What if google could find the paid domains?
Well I don't think it is impossible, because they know the directories that are asking for being paid to list the websites. They know the sites asking for money to list your websites.

the payment is termed as 'review fees', where the paid directory reviewing the submitted site. And included once there found out its good site.
