Definitely text links that well blanded into the page
and large rectangles work the best for me.

I use both Text_Images and if a banner fails to perform then Google should automatically revert to better performing Text ads. I have to have both Text_Images becuase I also want to attract Video ads and they pay very well.

Better to use text links. I don't like banners and I have read that text ads is better to get more revenue.

Text links work best for me as well. Especially the 728x15 placed on top or bottom of the pages converts good.
