My back links updated weeks ago in the webmaster central. I went from 200 to 1200.

Well go to google search box and type link:www.yourdomain.com and you'll see.. My backlinks went from 0 to 150 for one domain and other domain got almost double the links

It has already started on various datacenters... PR update will follow maybe 2nd week or 3rd week of August...
