We have made a backlink checker which checks PR, Anchor text/image, Anchor type (Text, Image or Alt) Robots and Nofollow, broken links, and the number of outbound links (OBL) on donor page.

I use google webmaster tools to check my backlinks. It works very well and I can enter all my websites into one location and check them with just a click of a button.
