indexing and google products

Hello,

I have a question about site & page indexing at google. One of my friends (he says he is a seo guy ) says putting adsense to not indexed site is not a good idea.

He says, if you put adsense to your site too quickly, before indexed at google, it will make negative effect. It will make your site indexed later than normal + bad result at SERP.

Is it true? If i put adsense to my new site, will it make negative effects like i said above?

Second question, another friend said that if you use analytics on your pages. It will make google index your site faster + better results at SERP and more earning at Adsense per click.

Is this one true also ?
