most things like that do start off small.

Heck, I am starting up the Common America organization, for all i know it will become something large(i think i can make it that way at least. want to see the absolute beginnings to that?

ah, not that bad. if you really understand politics and the process taken you would be suprised how easy it would be to pull it all together.

what idealy will happen is get enough supporters and enough donations to open up an office in DC. Once there we can directly lobby members of congress. If you have enough support by members of congress lobbying is a very productive task. there are so many organizations in the district that do this very thing. They tend to be more specific, such as common cause(which i drew the name of this off of) which deals with campaign finance reform. I think that with the current political situation an organization like this would come eventually, it is just the forsight that i have in this stuff that tells me that if i do not jump in now it will be too late because it is coming. It should go over well with any luck.

um, actually, and not to take the credit away from brian, I came up with it and asked him if he wanted to help out with it and get in on the thing.

I have been thinking about something along these lines for a little over a year now, it is just now that I am getting it all together and doing it.
