Interesting..

I saw a search come up in my latest visitors from google...
It was for "cultered stone" - which is misspelled btw. Anyway - the #1 result is for www.culturedstone.com. So I thought - weird and searched for "cultured stone" - and the same #1 site came up.
My question is - how does google know that's what I was looking for even though it was misspelled? I realize that google has a spellchecker thing but it didn't ask if I wanted to search for the correct spelling.
Just though it odd is all.

People using the misspelling of "cultured stone" to link to that site most likely.

Well - google only shows 32 backlinks and since there were so few of them I thought I'd waste some time and check them all. I couldn't find any anchor text, title tags, or misspellings on the pages that were linking to their website.
Any other thoughts?

but remember that there might also be some links that are not shown by google, as google only shows links with PR4 or better. So, this person might actually have more links than that with some of those having this anchor text.

May be in somewhere of ur web pages you have made a spelling mistake and Google bot crawled through it. So it gave the result.
