Is this adsense placement allowed?

I want to take the google search form and make an entirely new box for it, and the title would say "Search for Wholesale Suppliers". Is this allowed? On another level, should I just get rid of the google search term all together? Now that I look at the site as a whole, it looks kinda tacky. Maybe I will just put my own search form in....?

No. See how the categories are in a box labeled "Wholesale Sources by Category"? And the box that has the featured article link and is titled "Featured Article?"
Would it be allowed to move the google search to its own box and label it "Search for Wholesale Suppliers"?
