My page is not getting index by G

I have added an article page in my website near about more than a week ago but still now it hasn't been indexed by Google. The URL is quality-web-solutions.com/multisourcing-in-outsourcing.php
May I know the exact reason behind this? How it can be indexed quicker. Please help....

Make a sitemap of your page including this page and submit it to Google. you can make sitemaps at xml-sitemaps.com and then submit it to google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/

Actually sitemaps now are universal meaning they are supported by the 3 SEs (google, yahoo and msn)... It was reported 2 months ago as far as I remember...
