When google updates back links and pr does it affect rankings right way or takes some time to update search engine rankings

It is unclear that the one is related to the other. The PR and backlink update has been around for several days now. I haven't seen anyone reporting a commensurate increase in the SERP rankings.

Well if you like one that try concomitant. Because in fact there has been no concomitant or commensurate changes in the SERPs.

Backlinks...
All my backlinks have disapeared from the face of Google, now the one that holds me is Yahoo, I'm #1 with the keywords I'm targeting.

Can anyone explain me why my backlinks with google disapear , you can see my sites on my signature.

All my sites have 4 of page rank and the ones that had 5 now they have 4 this is not good at all .
