AdSense: Serverside Geo-Targetting

Hi

I am displaying Google AdSense code to servers outside the UK but not to UK users where agencies will advertise (at a higher rate ).

Will Adsense still work from the point of the AdSense spider?

Google AdSense is based on the visitor geo-location and not to the location of your webserver. For example if a US user will come to your website he will see US ads and if a user is based in Australia he will see Australian ads.
You can see what ads will be displayed on your site for a specific country by using the Google AdSense Preview tool.

If your visitors come from Canada, for instance, they'll be presented with Google AdSense ads you'll probably never even see, in the UK.

Geotargeting has nothing to do with the place you host your web site -but- rather everything to do from the (IP address) location your visitors are coming from.
