Target Words

I would like to target these keywords:

Web Design In Vineland, NJ
Graphic Design In Vineland, NJ
Coding Services In Vineland, NJ

What can I do to get listed in Google, pretty high? I've read all of the stuff, but what is best to do? Would putting it in the <title></title> help? What is legal to do? Like is filling some of the bottom with the keywords in white so people cant see it, that's illegal with google, right?

You might start by making your forum signature into links with those words as the anchor text.

Yeah put the keyword in the title and in an H1 tag or two. Also get as many incoming links to your site with that keyword phrase in it.

You probably don't want to put your keywords in your text as the same color as the background, unless you want to get banned.

If you read all the stuff then you would know that putting keywords in the title helps.
