I have 2 domains that are about the same name one I host a flash games/forums
the other I have a humor site. Does having so many links from one site to the other hurt my page rank in google? When I do a check on google i have some 500+ backlinks to the site because they share the same Top Menu.

Yes, it will result to duplication... Change it... or be sorry....

That is possible for duplication.... change it before it hurt your site..

None of the content is the same look at it -

They are both indexed well by google. So the better way to do it is make one a subdomain of the other and park the other domain at the main site? Don't I lose the search engine traffic from what ever site I don't use? Because they both get about 200+ hits from google a month now.

Google must be ok with it the [url removed] went from no page rank available to a pr4.
