"Web rank" - it is old Yahoo system which they don't use since 2003

I'm quite sure it's happening tho' two of my sites' PR remain unchanged. Wonder if anyone know why most sites have seen a drop in PR.

Sites that sell links have been penalized. Thousands of forums have hundreds of people saying PR must be happening PR is moving, but it is all going down and it is predominantly on sites that sell links, few or nill non link sites have been effected that I have seen (I dont see everything). I personally feel its more likely there are a bunch of people sitting in a room finding sites that sell links and penalising them, so it has nothing to do with PR updates etc. That is my 2c
