I would like to ask paid directory owners about their business situation.

We all know that latest Google changes affected paid directories a lot: dropped pagerank, stopped to update.
I would like to ask directory owners if their business is still fine and ammount of submissions is the same or it dropped a lot.

My directory went down from PR4 to 3, but it didn't affect my business.. the same number of sales i am getting.
As i always tried to maintain the brand and quality of the directory!

What about directories which used to be pr5-7 (Like Aviva, Alive, LinksJuice...)

i just noticed that most paid directories decreased PR.. google are really serious about that...

It is not the paid sites alone that got less paid rank now. Most of the sites page rank got changed. There was a blog entry from Matt Cutt regarding the page rank algorithm that would consider the quality of the reverse link. I believe google had implemented this. And this is why most of the sites who got lots of backlinks, but not relevant, got reduced page rank

That's right, some of paid directories have lost his PR but there is defiantly a chance as Yahoo Directory is continuing with it's PR

My page rank remains same so as other things are same also .
