Lightbulb Google Adwords and Alexa Redirect

Greetingz

Can i use http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?www.leechfx.com in Google Adwords destination URL. Does this advisable or not? Did anybody ever try this?

The idea is to optimize my investment in Google PPC. Beside pay Google for the click..it also will add up my alexa rank. . Sounds like good investment.

Cheers

Sorry if this just me being really dumb, but could you not just add the Alexa widget to your site? That way every visitor would be counted, rather than only those who have been referred via your AdWords ad...

If you've not come across it before, check out Alexa's info on it, or leave your query and I'll post more info.

If i was not mistaken, by putting alexa widget to my site does not contribute anything..unless the visitor click on it. but anyway i still want to advertise via Google Adwords

My Question?
instead of putting http://www.leechfx.com in the Google Adwords destination URL, might as well put it as http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?www.leechfx.com . It that ok?

Sorry I don't know the answer to your AdWords question, but I can confirm that simply adding the Alexa image to your site WILL cause all visits to be registered - I went from a rank of 7-9 million without the image, to a little under 1 million, with no noticeable increase in my actual visits, according to AWStats at least.
Just to clarify, people don't need to click anything - just having the image (and code) is enough.
This would then negate the need to use an alexa redirect in Adwords...
